At Pips, a fundraiser is unique, fun and profitable.  Your cause receives 25% for every ticket sold.  Plus, we run the night of the event from start to finish so you can focus on having fun!

Some basic information

  • $100 Deposit due at time of booking... $50 will be Refunded with a minimum of 15 participants on the day of your event
  • Deposit is Non-Refundable if event is cancelled or under the minimum of 15 participants
  • 25% of sales - the Donation Check is written at the end of the event, it will be written to the organization chosen. Checks CAN NOT be written to any individual, without a Tax Exempt ID number.
  • Fundraisers are offered Monday through Saturday's
  • Available Time Slots - Normally are 6 to 9 pm  (Check is 30 minutes prior to start time) if you need a different day/time, please contact us via phone or email.
  • $40 (Cash Only)
  • A 2 hour painting must be chosen from our fun selection of pictures
  • BYOB (Beer & Wine only)
  • Snacks may be brought in
  • Age limit (18 yrs and older, unless approved by Host and Venue)
  • 40 seat capacity 
  • 30 day cancellation notice
